I herby certify that all information that I have given Newport Aviation, LLC is correct. I will not use Newport Aviation, LLC aircraft in violation of any federal, state, municipal or airport law, rule or regulation. I shall be responsible for any fines, penalty or forfeiture caused by any violation thereof. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations as stated:
Pilot will pay any and all charges after each flight.
When aircraft is reserved for the day, a minimum of half of rental time that is reserved or hobbs whichever is greater.
Pilot will cancel at least 12 hours in advance of scheduled time or pay one hour of rental cost, as well as instructor cost, if applicable.
Aircraft will be returned at the scheduled time, unless hampered by weather or mechanical problems. In the event of a delay rental will notify Newport Aviation, LLC as soon as possible. If not a charge can be applied.
Pilot is responsible for all tie down, parking, and /or landing fees.
Only qualified, licensed instructors approved by Newport Aviation, LLC are authorized to instruct in the aircraft.
No person other than the approved renter will pilot the aircraft at any time.
Pilot will tie down, cover, secure the controls and lock the aircraft when unattended.
Renter agrees to only use runways that are at least 50% longer than the minimum takeoff and landing distances indicated in the aircraft manual for expected conditions.
Pilots will show up for scheduled time or there will be a charge of $50.00
If pilot does not show up after a ½ hour past scheduled time Newport Aviation has right to cancel and charge pilot for at least half of the time reserved.
The renter pilot is responsible for all loss or damage to the aircraft cause by his/her negligence. All pilots are strongly encouraged to purchase non-ownership aircraft liability insurance to provided maximum personal protection. I also understand that if I use the aircraft in violation of any of the conditions contained herein and as a result of such violation the aircraft is impounded or otherwise put of service, I agree to be responsible for a rental charge of a minimum of four hours per day until said aircraft is returned to service.
Newport Aviation, LLC reserves the right to deny the use of its aircraft at anytime. Newport Aviation, LLC reserves the right to require a check flight at any time.
Newport Aviation, LLC reserves the right to rescind rental privileges of any person or person who demonstrate of lack of good pilot judgment including, but not limited to the following examples:
1. Flight into known icing conditions or thunderstorm activity.
2. VFR flight in less than VFR minimums.
3. Performing any maneuver causing damage to Newport Aviation, LLC aircraft
